Healing Classes, Yoga, Sound Baths & Mystical Art
Catch Erin of Lifted Spiritss offering a variety of yoga locally at Total Balance Yoga & Fitness Studio in Perrysville, roughly 15 minutes south Cranberry and north of Pittsburgh!
The schedule is full of different yoga styles, mat pilates, sculpt, yin and restorative PLUS sound baths and somatic workshops! You can find Erin offering:
Gentle Yoga Tuesday Evenings (Last Tuesday of the month is a unique sound bath session)
Vinyasa Flow on select Wednesdays/Fridays
Yoga Express on the 3rd Friday of the month
Fascia & Somatic Movement on the last Friday of the month
